The Barbican in London is a 1970's brutalist style housing development, with modern glass offices which have sprung up all around it. This image from March 2018 depicts the juxtaposition between the decades - the concrete, high density housing vs. the modern sleek glass offices in reflection. I have chosen to present this print on Hahnemühle German Etching paper. At 310gms, this is a heavy, textured paper, which offers a 3 dimensional feel to my prints.
