In the early 20th Century, Winchester's historic cathedral was in danger of collapsing. Thanks to some ingenuity of engineering, Europe's largest medieval is still standing. At the time, huge stone buttresses were added to strengthen the building, which leads to the image you see here, taken in March 2018. The perspective provided by these arches is quite wonderful. I have chosen to present this print on Hahnemühle German Etching paper. At 310gms, this is a heavy, textured paper, which offers a 3 dimensional feel to my prints. I offer this print in 7 sizes, with no border. Framed prints using this paper are also available, with a black wooden frame and natural white photo matt. Or choose a modern acrylic print, using matt acrylic and a fine art pigment paper for the pinnacle of presentation.
